How much will my home or project cost?
Eagle Cliff Construction LLC offers several price structuring options. These include an estimate, a bid, or time and materials. The most common structure used by the contractor is an estimate which is simply an educated guess.
The estimate is based on the contractors previous experience and research. The final costs of a project may differ from an estimate due to such elements as necessary repairs to unseen damage, added customer requests, and changes in material prices, to name a few. The company will do its best to bring in final costs at or under the given estimate, while still delivering a quality product.
A bid, which is available in most situations, is a guaranteed final cost, unless the client changes aspects of a project. A bid amount is typically 10%-30% higher than the estimated cost, but the contractor will not exceed the bid price.
Eagle Cliff Construction LLC will also perform work under a time and materials price structure. Under this structure the contractor will charge an hourly rate for work performed added to the cost of materials needed to complete a project. Whichever method you choose, we provide high quality workmanship at a reasonable price.
